Accessibility

Grand Carmes is step-free from the street to every room in the exhibition, with an accessible toilet on the ground floor. The main hall has a hearing loop. Wall texts are in three languages; large-print versions in all three are at the desk, and a plain-language guide is on its way.

Quiet hours are Wednesdays 12:00–14:00: no audio, dimmed lighting, fewer people. Assistance dogs are welcome. Companions of disabled visitors enter free. If you need a wheelchair space at an event, email us and we will hold one.

Something not covered here? Tell us before you come and we will sort it out where we can: contact@pridemuseum.eu. Our full accessibility statement covers this website.
